Clinical Internships

Dear Clinical Intern, 

 Congratulations on your decision to pursue a career in teaching! This fieldwork experience will enable you to reflect upon your course readings, classroom discussions, and fieldwork assignments that are aligned with the Department of Urban Education’s SUPER6.  You will engage in a wide range of experiences and be expected to demonstrate your progress toward your teacher candidacy through various assessments that may include, but are not limited to: journals, analysis of organizations and school cultures, performance assessment, classroom visitations of various subjects and grades, visits to cultural and educational resources, and your work with individual or groups of students and parents as well as the creation of unit and lesson plans.
